Comfortably sleeps 4 but up to 5 permitted via 1 additional child’s roll-out mattress provided. No parties or events. Flat 1 has 1 car park space – max. vehicle length 5.2m. Flat 8 has 2 car park spaces – max. vehicle length 4.8m. If your vehicle is longer than this, there is free public parking across the road in Canford Crescent. Bike racks are not permitted on vehicles using the underground car park and no commercial vehicles are allowed. No smoking or vaping in the apartment or common areas. A pet or animal must not be brought into any part of Cappella.
